Founded in 2024, Miiya is a contemporary jewelry brand that associates itself with the chicness and elegance of the beautiful hotspots around the world. With roots from Sweden’s beautiful island Gotland, Miiyas founder Maria spent her childhood on this picturesque island. In a charming and unique little atelier located in Brissund, Visby, Maria sketched and created Miiya’s first collections.

how we get our inspiration
The creation of each product begins months ahead of time. Together with the creative team, we envision a universe centered around a specific theme that aligns with the Miiya brand identity. This conceptualization is then translated onto a mood board, which is continuously updated, refined, and expanded.
The creative team must think in a direction that harmoniously combines craftsmanship with “chic, feminine, elegance.” We seek inspiration from Gotlands beautiful nature with its unique beaches with “Raukar” and the outstanding colors from different environments. Naturally, it is also the inspiration behind our campaigns, web store displays, and any other content we create.
